No, we do not list properties on the MLS. We buy properties that fit our criteria, and pay cash.
Does it cost money to use your services?
No, we do not charge you to make an offer. You pay ZERO commission and ZERO fees for the transaction (unlike selling through a real estate agent).
Where will the closing be?
We will agree on a title company/attorney near you.
